If you are trying to find out what meal combinations, juices, salads, and snacks are best for you, the following information should help you along in your nutritional journey.

PROTEINS:

  • Baked Chicken Breast - 4/4.5oz 24g Protein
  • Baked Salmon - 4oz 25g Protein 14g Fat
  • Baked Tilapia - 4oz 28g Protein 4g Fat
  • Chicken Burger - 4oz
  • Ahi Tuna - 6 oz ( 40g Protein, 1.5g Fat )
  • Scallops - 4oz

GRAINS:

  • Brown Rice - 1 Cup, 45g Carbs, 5g Protein, 2g Fat
  • Quinoa - 1/2 Cup, 69g Carbs, 6g Protein, 1g Fat
  • Roasted Sweet Potatoes - 1 Cup
  • Roasted Red Skin Potatoes - 1 Cup
  • Couscous - 1 Cup

VEGETABLES:

  • Asparagus - 1 Cup
  • Carrots - 1 Cup
  • Green Beans - 1 Cup
  • Zucchini - 1 Cup
  • Broccoli - 1 Cup

 

SALADS:

  • Chick pea & Avocado Medley - Featuring Mixed greens, 1 hard boiled egg, chick peas, red onion, avocado, almond, quinoa, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
  • Greek Chicken & Greens - 2oz Baked chicken breast, spinach, mixed greens, avocado, strawberry, blueberry, red onion, cucumber, green apple, Greek vinaigrette dressing
  • Cajun Shrimp Salad - 4ox Cajun seasoned shrimp, avocado, spinach, red onion, mixed bell peppers, flaxseed, oil and vinegar dressing.
  • Rainbow Salad - 4oz Salmon, mango, blueberry, mandarin orange, carrots, purple cabbage, spinach, mixed greens, balsamic vinaigrette.

JUICES:

  • Beet the Flu - Spinach, kale, red beets, green apple, red grapes, blueberry
  • Tropic Tinzer - Mango, banana, lemon, apple, orange, flaxseed
  • The Wright Stuff - Carrots, mango, mandarin orange, pineapple, strawberry, coconut water (suggested)
  • Blue Ivy Lemonade - Blueberry, lemon, green apple, mango, spinach, chia seeds
